General Affaires

In addition to the technical main departments, the DOW also has a supporting main department called General Affairs:

This main department consists of five (5) sub-departments: IT, Financial Management, Internal Services, Internal Control, and the Procurement Department. This department is responsible for administrative management by timely, properly, and adequately (completely, accurately, and transparently) preparing the service budget and the annual accounts, as well as monitoring the assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, expenditures, and income related to the state funds concerning public works. This is done in accordance with the regulations of the Comptability Act and for the benefit of the Minister of Finance, the parliament, and the High Advisory Councils.
